Lisbon is Portugal’s capital city and one of the most popular touristic destinations in Europe. The Lisbon region has over 50.000 hotel rooms available. There is a wide variety of choices ranging from three star hotels to five-star hotels. In the outskirts of the Conference site, there are several 4 and 3 star hotels, namely in Costa da Caparica, a beautiful beach, 3 km away from the Nova School of Sciences and Technology.

The city has a public transportation system with Bus and subway (Metro) that can be used by attendees staying in Lisbon.

Accommodation in NOVA Student Halls of Residence  

ILCC2022 will be able to provide 108 rooms to accommodate students in NOVA Halls of Residence at Fraústo da Silva Halls.

Distance to conference site: 350 m – 5 min walking.

Students staying at this Hall of Residence have four accommodation options:

  • Single room with shared bathroom – 25.50 €/night
  • Twin room with shared bathroom – 17 €/ night
SASNOVA offers a 25% discount on all nights in excess of the first five

Students that are interested in making reservations are requested to fill this  form (using CAPS LOCK) with their details and the following information:

  • Faculty at NOVA: FCT
  • Academic details: Student 3rd cycle
  • Reason for the request of Accommodation: CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE

This accommodation must be paid directly to SASNOVA. Their contacts are at the bottom of the accommodation reservation form.

ILCC2022 organising committee cannot assist you on this matter, the whole process has to be managed directly with SASNOVA.

Accommodation in Colégio Universitário Pio XII Students Halls of Residence  

Additional student accommodation will be available at Colégio Universitário Pio XII Student Halls of Residence, which is located in Lisbon near Metro Station (EntreCampos).

Distance to conference site: 18 km – 30 min by car and 40 min by public transports.

ILCC2022 will be able to provide 90 single rooms with private bathroom and included breakfast are available at a price of €40 per night including breakfast.

The reservation will be secured after the student completes the ILCC2022 registration by paying the conference fee (or being awarded a waiver).

To reserve one of these rooms please email your name, affiliation, check in and check out dates (only available between 22rd to 30th July), and contact details to secretariat.ilcc2022@campus.fct.unl.pt and fill the booking form (mandatory).

Please note that booking and payment have to be completed no later than 20th of June, payment have to be completed no later than 30th of June and only wire transfer or electronic funds transfer are accepted.
