If the COVID pandemics persists and social distance is imposed, prioritize outdoor activities will be promoted and a limiting in-person attendance will be implemented to help reduce the number of guests on-site.

To allow online participants, in different parts of the world, to attend all lectures, these will be recorded, with author agreement, and made available for 24 hours after the on-site lecture.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellations received by April the 30th, 2022, are entitled to a full refund less administrative fee €65 + bank costs (value depending on the destination country).
- Registration cancellations received between April the 30th and May the 31st, 2022, are entitled to 75% refund of the paid amount + bank costs (value depending on the destination country).
- Registration cancellations received between May the 31st and June the 15th, 2022, are entitled to 50% refund of the paid amount + bank costs (value depending on the destination country).
- After June the 15th, 2022, no refunds will be issued.
All refunds are issued via the same method used for payment.
If the conference must be changed from hybrid to fully online format, due to pandemic, the difference in registration fees between the paid and the online registration fee will be reimbursed.
A participant who is unable to attend the on-site Conference due to the pandemic (e.g., country restrictions, positive COVID test), may transfer the registration to online and the difference between the on-site payment and the online fee will be reimbursed.
