Please note that on-site participation is regulated by strict Covid prevention rules. Only registered participants will be allowed to enter the conference rooms.
ILCC2022 will be held in a hybrid format, enabling both online and on-site participation. We are therefore preparing different platforms to provide a welcoming environment for lively interactions.
The main tools of communication will be the Zoom platform for oral presentations and Padlet and Zoom for poster sessions.
The conference sessions will be held in five parallel rooms and streamed live on Zoom. Presentations of online participants will be projected in the rooms for on-site participants. The sessions will be recorded and made available for 24 hours on the ILCC2022 Padlet platform. If one do not consent the recording of the talk please annonce it before the presentation.
Poster sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday afternoon and on Thursday shortly after lunch.
All on-site posters will also be presented in the virtual poster sessions. Both the on-site and online participants can be connected during poster sessions on the ILCC2022 Padlet platform and Zoom. The on-site and online poster sessions will be organized to give the on-site poster presenters the opportunity to choose whether to stay only on-site or online during the discussion of their posters. All posters will be available on the ILCC2022 Padlet platform for the duration of the Conference.
Photos will be taken during the conference. If one does not consent please inform us (secretariat.ilcc2022@campus.fct.unl.pt).
Detailed information will be sent to the registered participants via email before the start of the conference.
